Payment:
- Payment is preferred in the form of cash or a personal check made out to Amy Spencer.
- You may pay weekly, at the conclusion of your lesson, or monthly, in advance only.
- Please contact Dr. Spencer for current prices.
Cancellations:
- Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance by phone only. You must either send a detailed text message or call and leave a message at (215) 834-9021. This is the only reliable way to reach me, and the only acceptable way to cancel your lesson.
- Late cancellations due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor.
- If you have a fever, or feel ill, please reschedule.
- If you are unsure whether you should reschedule due to illness or other circumstances, please call me and we can decide together the best course of action.
